GENERAL INFORMATION

  • OUR WEBSITE IS BEST VIEWED ON A LAPTOP

  • If you need to add additional parts scroll down to "Order Adjustment" and add them there. We do not have the capability of "adding to your credit card.

  • ALL ORNAMENTS ARE DATED WITH THE YEAR - WHENEVER POSSIBLE

  • Each ornament comes in a plastic sleeve for storage.  To store please lay flat in a cool dry place.

  • Each ornament comes with a "Handmade in Illinois" sticker on the back.

  • Each ornament is slightly different due to the fact that they are hand painted.

  • We use our best judgement in placing add-on pieces to fit the ornament. 

  • If you do not specify a color on a cat or dog the DEFAULT IS WHITE. Animals only come in the  SOLID colors shown - we cannot customize your pet at this time. If you order a 2 tone dog we will fill with 1st color - for example, if you order a black and white dog we will send a black dog. Please double check your order!!

  • All personalizing is done in Claudia’s handwriting. There is no machine printing. We typically use an oil based paint marker.

  • We do not do any custom designing or color changes

  • PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT LIST FROM LEFT TO RIGHT - WE NEED "ADULT' OR 'CHILD' ONLY.  PLEASE LIST CHILDREN IN AGE ORDER.

  • EVEN THOUGH WE CAN FIT ON JUST ABOUT ANY NAME PLEASE KEEP IN MIND THAT ON THE SMALLER PARTS THE LONGER NAMES WILL SQUEEZED TO FIT.  IF YOU HAVE A JONATHAN OR BRYNLEIGH BUT YOU CALL THEM JON OR BRYN  GO WITH THE NICK NAME - IT NOT ONLY LOOKS BETTER ITS MORE SENTIMENTAL.

​SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

  • Once your order has been processed, it will be shipped USPS Priority Mail from Wauconda, IL.  The current shipping time estimate for Priority Mail is 2-3 mail days.  Upon shipping you will receive a tracking number for your package.

  • We will ship to the address shown on your order. Please double check all shipping information at Check Out. If the order is shipped to the wrong address because of your error you will be responsible for reshipping charges.

  • We are not responsible for postal issues or delays.  Shipping time may increase as mail volume increases with the holiday season.

  • If you receive a damaged shipment, please keep all packaging and photograph all damage.  This information is needed to file an insurance claim with the post office.

  • If your order is shown as delivered by USPS and you think it may be stolen you will need to file a Police Report and/or obtain a GPS Location from the Post Office. We suggest that you deal with your local Post Office NOT the 800 number.   We also suggest you check with neighbors, your kids , post it on your neighborhood Facebook page, check the bushes, etc.   WE ARE NOT ABLE TO REFUND OR REPLACE ITEMS THAT ARE SHOWN AS DELIVERED BY USPS.

  • We only ship within the U.S.

OUR RETURN POLICY

  • Ornaments are not returnable or exchangeable unless a mistake has been made by us.

  • If an ornament is incorrect and the mistake was made by us, we will attempt to correct the mistake by REPLACING PARTS and as a final solution we will remake and reship the ornament free of charge. Changing out parts that have been incorrectly personalized is is  a simple and easy fix. 

  • If the mistake was made by the customer (spelling mistake, incorrect name, etc.) we will work with you to remake pieces or replace the ornament or part. Remade pieces and replacement shipping cost are the responsibility of the customer when due to customer error. The ornament cannot be returned or exchanged.   •  We will not accept any unauthorized returns.  We will not return any unauthorized returns unless shipping is paid by customer

  • Once your order is placed, it cannot be cancelled because of transaction fees involved in your purchase.
